How to treat Skin Cancer
Skin cancer is one of the most common forms of cancer affecting people across the globe. Cancer, also called malignant neoplasm, occurs when cells in the body divide uncontrollably. Cancer cells develop when the genetic material in the body cells is damaged and the body is unable to repair this damage. These damaged cells divide and multiply uncontrollably forming a tumor mass. Uncontrolled division of skin cells is called skin cancer

Skin cancer is the most common type of cancer. It can be classified as melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers. The melanoma form is the more serious and potentially fatal skin cancer that begins in melanocytes (cells that produce the skin’s colour). The non-melanotic form of skin cancer occurs in cells that are located in the lower layer of the epidermis. Unlike the melanoma, these type of cancers do not usually spread to other parts of the body.
